New website launched for recycled site accomodation for the construction industry

Foremans Relocatable Building Systems, the UK’s largest supplier of pre-owned modular buildings, has launched a new website for ConstructionSpace – its innovative site accommodation service for the construction industry.

The ConstructionSpace approach uses recycled modular buildings to provide site accommodation at a fraction of the cost of new manufacture and up to 80 per cent faster. As a result, sales enquiries and the demand for ConstructionSpace buildings have continued to increase as contractors’ budgets come under increasing pressure in response to the challenging economic climate.

The site-to-site service eliminates double handling charges and reduces the cost of site accommodation for buildings from 100sqm to 3,000sqm and in both single and multi-storey configurations.

The new website, www.constructionspace.co.uk, provides detailed information about this fast and efficient service for contractors, and features a selection of case studies of projects completed for leading contractors such as Skanska, Taylor Woodrow, Ballymore and GrantRail.

The website lists current building stocks and provides photographs, specifications and layouts, reducing the time required for sourcing site accommodation. Visitors to the site can also request to receive details of new building stock by email or phone as soon as they become available.

The uses for pre-owned buildings offered by ConstructionSpace include complete project offices – both as open plan and cellular accommodation – single site cabins, canteens, toilet and shower blocks, locker rooms, training and induction rooms and security offices.

Many of the buildings are supplied pre-fitted out as offices, meeting rooms, toilets, kitchens and reception areas, further reducing procurement time and cost.

ConstructionSpace offers a range of services, from project management to delivery and installation in compliance with all health and safety requirements. Site installation teams are trained and accredited with the CSCS scheme for further reassurance.

All ConstructionSpace buildings have the benefit of a three-month warranty, and are available for sale.
